Winter Skills Training & 7v7
High School Players - work with West Linn High School coaches on the off season to boost your agility and on-field skills!
Sessions will be on Saturdays and Sundays starting in late January. We will participate in local 7v7 tournaments in the spring.
Training sessions available for all positions - skill positions and linemen.

Winter Strength Training
Sign ups are open for Winter Strength Training for our players! Led by Coach Damon Griffin, these sessions are an important part of preparing for the 2025 season, boosting strength and agility and reducing the risk of injury. They are recommended by our coaches to help each player take the field in top condition come fall!

Winter Off-Season Strength Training
Dates: Mon-Wed-Fri; January 8, 2025 – March 21, 2025 (please note the first session is on a Wednesday)
Time: 6:15am – 7:15am
Location: WLHS Weight Room
Cost: $175
